Get to know the faces behind our company – and a little about what they enjoy when they’re not on the job.
Kim and Stewart Cooksey – Owners
Kim and Stewart founded the company with a shared vision of providing dependable, high quality service to their community. Stewart, lifelong resident of Monticello has worked locally for many years, while Kim contributes valuable professional experience and a strong commitment to customer care. Kim and Stewart love spending time and supporting their daughter Timberlynn.
Dalayna Daniel – Office Manager
Dalayna is our Office Manager and helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly for both customers and staff. Dalayna and Kim previously worked together at a startup company in 2021, where they worked very well as a team. When Kim later reached out and invited her to come work with her again, she was happy to join the company. Once a Monticello resident and now living in Tallahassee, Dalayna enjoys spending time on the boat with her husband and working on their home together.
Henry Colvin – Service Manager and Delivery Driver
Henry began his career in the propane industry in 1993, following his fathers footsteps after his father retired with 37 years of service. He started as a propane driver, earned his Mater Qualifier certification in 1994, and later became a service technician. Over the years, he worked with several propane companies, gaining extensive hands-on experience in the industry. His background includes roles as a sales driver, service technician, route manager, and safety manager. He also played a key role in helping Morris Propane start up a new company.
After retiring, he was asked to assist Cooksey Propane during their start up, where he now serves as Safety Manager and Training Manager. Henry takes pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers feel safe and confident with their propane system. Outside of work, Henry enjoys grilling, trying new foods, spending time with friends and family, playing chess, throwing darts, going fishing, and making his famous chili in the chili cookoffs.
